J.Look the very gifted artist is also my wife. In her own words.
"I am drawn to the emotion I feel from the human face and the transcendence I feel in nature. The immediacy and urgency of these feelings are what I strive to express!"
In New York City, J. Look has shown in group shows at The Atlantic Gallery in Chelsea, Blick near Union Square, and The National Academy where she studied.
In Nicaragua, she was a founding member of CAAN, Contemporary Artists Association of Nicaragua, where her work has been featured on their website home page. Her art was shown and sold at The Art Warehouse in San Juan Del Sur. Her work was also shown in many group shows in San Juan Del Sur.
She continues to paint and study now in Charleston, SC.
